Treadmill Interval Training
(Fat Guy Style)
For weeks 1 through 4

Here it is. The complete truth and nothing but... even as shameful as it is.
 At 255 lbs this is about as good as I can do without risking a leg injury. 
Laugh if you like but I'm still walking without a limp.

If you happen to notice that the amount of calories burned are progressively getting lower even
 though the workout time and distance is the same it is because of weight loss. 
The treadmill calculates calorie burn based on your age and weight.
